After a lifetime of playing and recording with many others, such as Acker Bilk, Phil Mason, Jack Parnell, Terry Lightfoot etc. Terry Williams, decided to form his own band. He says jazz is a great joy to play, listen to and share with others and is very pleased to have a band with such musical expertise, each player giving their own special knowledge to make them all Ambassadors of Jazz. He looks forward to meeting everyone at The Pump House and hopes you gain much pleasure in his band's music. Terry, on his trombone and xylophone, brings his versatile musicians from South West of England and they are Alan Bateman (trumpet and reeds), Roger Bond (clarinet, alto and tenor sax), Richard Madelin (guitar), Dave Hanratty (bass and bass guitar), Colin Frechter (keyboard, arranger and composer) and last, but not least Andy Mayes (drums).
